Alex and I created this recipe to use up an overabundance of basil from our bushy basil plant. It\u2019s straightforward and easy to make, but tastes like much more than the sum of its parts: tangy and garlicky, with an herby basil finish. It\u2019s also a dairy free and vegan soup, so it fits many diets. Of course, you can add a splash of milk or cream to make it a creamy soup too!
